I am Richard, lead clinician at Dunedin Podiatry. Starting out in practice in 1985 now ages me a bit, but it does mean I have a bit of work experience. Apart from working and living in the UK for a few years, Dunedin is home to me and my practice.

Over the years I have been lucky enough to work with people that have taught me how to become the best Podiatrist I can be, and this includes many that are not from my field. Knowledge should be shared and that is what I try a do. This has allowed me to be able to teach courses, present at conferences and work with high performance athletes, as well as to give back by being part of professional bodies.



Podiatry is more than just feet. How the body moves is contingent on how we move as a whole. Often it’s more like putting pieces of a puzzle together than just looking at what one thinks is the root cause of their symptoms.
